Shipping, warranty, and returns
Destination countries
We ship from Hungary directly from our own factory to every country with DHL Express worldwide except for:
- Russia - We're sanctioning Russia due to Putin's war.
- Belarus - DHL doesn't ship to Belarus.
- Turkey - The Turkish customs office only clears packages costing no more than 150 EUR for individuals.
- We cannot ship to APO (military) addresses. Such packages will be returned to us!
Shipping timeline
Please see the delivery status page for the current estimated shipping timeline of existing and new orders. Once we ship your order, it usually takes 1-3 workdays to arrive in your country.
Shipping cost and customs charges
Shipping costs depend on your location and the weight of your order. Please go to our webshop, select your country, and add items to your cart; the shipping fee will be displayed on the cart page. We can't offer cheaper shipping options.
As for taxes and customs fees:
- For US orders, no taxes or customs charges apply when the total is under $800.
- For EU individuals, your country-specific VAT rate applies, and there are no customs charges.
- For EU companies, no taxes or customs charges apply.
- For other countries, please consult your local customs office for the applicable taxes and customs charges. We ship from Hungary.
We cannot declare a lower customs value to reduce your taxes. We're sorry, but under accounting laws, the invoice must reflect the actual price of your order.
Warranty
The UHK and its accessories are covered by an extensive 2-year warranty from the day you receive them.
Beyond that, we offer numerous replacement parts in our webshop, repair guides, a cost-effective repair service, and continued support even after the warranty expires.
Returns
You can return any item within 14 days of receiving it. We'll send a DHL courier to your address to pick up your package; however, shipping costs will be your responsibility.
To get an estimate of the shipping cost, visit our webshop, select your country, add the item(s) to be returned to your cart, and the shipping cost will be shown. Please note that we are not responsible for any fees or charges resulting from the currency exchange rate after you place the order.
Contact us to request a return, include your order id, and kindly let us know the reason for your return. We deeply care about our products and want to know about the issue. Your honest feedback is much appreciated.
Exchanges
You can exchange the keyboard within 14 days of receiving it. You would have to pay shipping both ways: ship the unit back to Hungary and then purchase shipping for the new unit we'll send over. To get an estimate of the shipping cost, go to our webshop, select your country, add the item(s) to be exchanged to your cart, view the shipping cost, and then multiply it by 2 (because the goods have to be shipped back and forth).
