On Windows, the automatic device driver installation process can be lengthy. Until the driver installation is complete, the UHK may not be usable. Connecting and disconnecting your UHK several times may make this process faster.

Lastly, are you using your UHK via a USB hub, docking station, or KVM switch? If so, please try to connect your UHK directly to your computer. If not, please try to connect your UHK via a USB hub. In any case, please try multiple USB cables and check whether other computers recognize your UHK.
