1. Launch Agent.
  2. Go to the About page.
  3. Click the Agent logo seven times.
  4. Go to the newly visible "Advanced settings" menu.
  5. Click on the "Zephyr logging" button.
  6. Check the "Right half" checkbox. If the left half and/or dongle is affected and connected via USB, check them, too.
  7. Log the issue.
  8. Send us the log.
