2. Terms and Conditions of Service

Order Registration

When you place your Order for the Product(s), you will be required to provide certain personal information, such as your address and billing information. You represent and warrant that all such information is accurate and complete. You shall ensure that such information is kept current.

We will send a confirmation email detailing the payment method and cost. You must check that all the details on this confirmation e-mail are correct and contact us as soon as possible if any details are incorrect.

The Company shall have no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information or information that later becomes outdated, and shall have no obligation to make efforts to determine the correct contact or shipping information.

You can update your information at any time before your product ships on the My Account page.

In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you. You will not receive an email confirming acceptance of your order.

Images of products on this website are for illustrative purposes only. Your goods may vary slightly from the image shown on the website and will not include any of the pictured accessories, unless stated in the goods' specification.

Whilst we try to be as accurate as possible, all information provided is approximate and is provided in good faith.
By placing an order with us, you agree to and accept these terms, as well as our privacy policy and the terms of use.

You can place an order on our website by selecting the product you wish to buy and adding it to your basket. Items you do not require can be removed from your basket at any time. Carriage charges (Shipping & Handling) will be shown before you place your order.

Order Pricing and Payment

For our Pre-Order Products, we are offering a lower price that is not yet final. You will be charged at the time of placing the order. If charging is unsuccessful, orders without any payment made will be automatically canceled. SIX Payment Services and PayPal provide online payment methods. Your placing of an ​order constitutes your express agreement to the Company charging your provided payment method at such time.

The purchase price does not include import duties, taxes, and other government charges, which are your responsibility.

Faulty Goods

If there is a problem with the goods, please notify us by email and provide details of the problem. It is helpful if you can provide us with a digital photograph of the problem, as this can help us avoid returning the goods for inspection. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.

If an exchange is necessary, it will be arranged without unreasonable delay and at no charge. Replacement goods will not be dispatched until the original goods have been received at our warehouse and checked.
The cost of returning goods to us is your responsibility; however, upon inspection, we will refund your reasonable postage costs, provided the goods are found to be faulty. If the goods are not faulty, we will return them to you; you will be required to cover our reasonable postage costs.

If an item is no longer available, we will offer an alternative. However, our liability will be to replace the faulty goods only, and we are unable to guarantee an exact match. In this instance, you will have the option of a refund.

General conditions

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel certain orders from anyone for any reason at any time.

We cannot guarantee order cancellations requested within one business day. If your order ships during this period and you choose to return the goods, you will be responsible for the shipping fees.

You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. Accuracy of billing and account information

We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. If we change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. In this case, we will attempt to reimburse you for the amount of your order.
