How to launch applications with UHK shortcuts?

Set up a shortcut to launch the desired application using the native settings of your operating system or an external application. Choose a rare shortcut like Ctrl+Alt+Shift+F13 that doesn't interfere with other applications. Afterward, assign the selected shortcut to a UHK key on the desired layer, such as Fn+P.
