Thanks for the kind words! Super glad to hear you're happy with your UHK.

We plan to provide higher tenting angles for upcoming UHKs. As for existing UHKs, 3D printing is definitely an option, and there are plenty of rubber feet available on online marketplaces like eBay or AliExpress.

Also, make sure to check out the UHK modding guides for existing 3D printed tenting designs and the UHK mounting layout.

Mine had the same problems with stabilizers. There's something wrong with the stock Cherry ones - maybe too much lube? But, thanks to hot swap sockets, the stabilizers can be fairly easily changed to any ones you prefer. I replaced them with Everglide Plate Mount Stabilizer (Panda V3) from Aliexpress and it fixed the mushy key problem completely.

Got my v2 yesterday, yay! Blue color is great, wonderful shade. Sometimes you can't quite tell via online pictures, but I'm quite satisfied.

Things are setup, got the key cluster & trackpoint & palm rests, so remapped the Mouse to Caps Lock as I'm used to, and otherwise starting to get used to using the Mod, and occasionally Fn, keys for some of the special/extra things. Still might use a regular mouse for gaming though. Still getting used to it, but so far really enjoying it.

Anyways, so far A++!

I've got the keyboard tented, but not sure if I'd prefer even higher tenting or not. Any plans to make taller or multi-step feet for the v2? Or should I just go ahead and 3d print some feet extensions? Only problem is I don't think I have the right kind of soft & grippy rubber to help keep from moving.

Hi Leonid! We only update the expected shipping date when publishing new newsletters at the end of months. We'll ship early non-black cases quickly, but the rest may take more time than anticipated, especially in the current situation of long shipping times and the current global affairs. We'll update the ETA shortly. Thank you for your patience!

Thanks for your kind words, and sorry to hear about the stabilizers. Recently, we've received some feedback like yours, so now we're doing more rigorous quality control and ordered alternative stabilizers. You can use machine oil on the stabilizers to make them smoother. Any further issues, please shoot an email to support at ultimatehackingkeyboard dot com, and my colleague will help you.

Thanks for your patience! We're much more behind with old colored case orders, such as yours than with the rest of the orders, but we're catching up quickly with them these days. Your nice words are much appreciated! As you correctly noted, the ping sound is generally emitted by mechanical keyboards with metal plates. It's a tricky one because very few people report it as a problem, yet, it'd probably be a huge undertaking and potentially a lot of expense to redo the mechanical design and change the materials the UHK is made of to reduce it, so we don't plan to address it for the time being.

Hello, I'd like to ask if "expected ship date" is changed every status page update?
I've placed my #11735 order with expected April shipping and it seems like in the best scenario I'll get it in the middle of June.
So I don't believe that new orders have some adequate chance to be shipped before July (even though current estimate is June), because there are still a lot of non-black cases from 8800 to 12700 and next 2400 (10300-12700) orders before them.
It would be unfair to tell too optimistic (1-2 months less, which is 2 times longer) "rough" estimate every time.

I just got my UHK v2 and I'm very happy. One small thing I've noticed now is that the large right control and large right shift is a little stiff. It doesn't seem related to the switch but the plastic stabilizers(?). Any tips on how to make them a little bit smoother?
