Thanks for your suggestion! I can see where you're coming from. I'll try my best to design the ortholinear UHK layout with this constraint in mind, but I can't promise anything because there are many design decisions to consider.

Not meaning to hijack this comment, but I didn't really know the best place to submit this request/suggestion:

I also am looking forward to seeing an ortholinear UHK, but one thing I would love to see is the same number/general position of keys for each row for the current right half of the UHK v1/2. Although I love ortholinear design, I really dislike how keyboards like the Kinesis Advantage and ErgoDox EZ require you to use Enter/Return on a thumb button or mapped to another layer (or have to add the apostrophe key to another layer - thinking in ANSI here). I personally would like to have the option to use my right pinky for all of the keys in the general location I'm used to using for the UHK 60 v1/2 (Enter/Return, Delete/Backspace, etc.) without require additional layering.
