I think "completely useless" is not fair to say. The trackpoint itself can not only be used for controlling the pointer, but it can be pushed downward and be mapped to any action, such as the other two trackpoint buttons. You'll be able to scroll with the trackpoint when an alternative layer gets activated (such as Mod) according to your configuration.

Not sure about the price yet, but the backlight upgrade kit will be probably released in the first half of 2020.

Thanks for the nice words, Adam! Ordinary 3mm through-hole LEDs work with the UHK. Even if I provided our supplier, you'd have to order a large quantity of the keycap set. We'll put them on sale eventually. Let's keep in touch!

Im very happy from my UHK, awaiting modules, they look great!.
Now please tell me what i need to buy to make my UHK backlight, this is the only thing i miss and i miss it a lot (i work in rather dark envirnoment, and i like to see the keyboard keys. I have a lot of small LEDs, but you have a nice set of keycaps that works. Any links to 3rd party manufacturer? Or maybe just put them on sale in Your shop?
