Glad you like the palm rest, Tom! We can't promise that we'll provide a brown palm rest version, but we'll consider it. The reason is that we already provide loads of options regarding switches, case colors keycaps, and layouts, so we'd rather not complicate things further.

My jaw dropped when I saw that photo. I'm sure it will look amazing in graphite but is there any chance you will offer brown as an option?

It's very interesting to hear about the static discharge issue of the ErgoDox EZ/Infinity. The UHK does use a polyfuse, and also a number of ESD suppressor parts, so I believe this shouldn't be an issue. In any case, we'll test our prototypes as thoroughly as we can in this respect.

As for the shipping dates, chances are Crowd Supply only partially updated them in their database, and the shipping dates of super early bird, early bird, and possibly some other items are outdated. I've just contacted them and asked them to fix this issue. The actual estimated shipping dates are always visible on our Crowd Supply page.

I'm getting nasty audible zaps at the office especially right after sitting for a long time. It also happened as I was reaching for my wired headset to answer a call, this is problematic since even though I know how to safely discharge myself when I need to stand up, eventually it's inevitable I'm going to zap the keyboard just because I'm sitting for too long.

Also, regarding the comment above, Crowd Supply does display end of May for UHK early bird, and mid June for the custom case.

Thanks for the nice words, Fran! Yes, the UHK and the palm rest do ship together. For me, Crowd Supply displays Jun 22, 2017 both for the UHK and for the palm rest.

On crowdsupply It says that the estimated delivery is may for the UHK and june for the palm rest.

Do they ship together? Or will you ship keyboard and then palm rest?
